Flower Pounding Workshop

A hands-on introduction to the Japanese technique of 'Tataki Zomé (flower pounding), a process of hammering flowers onto fabrics, during this class you will be hammering onto a canvas bag which will be yours to keep.

Explore different compositions and experience the beautiful natural colours the plants can make. Finishing with adding finer lines and colour with our fabric pens to finish off your design.

This method is quite awe-inspiring to witnesses and produces very special bespoke fabric. The workshop is sure to bring a smile to your face as you work those muscles to make a masterpiece!

The class will be run by our floral arts and design florist who will be there to guide you through your piece of art and keep you topped up with tea, coffee and snacks of course! £35 per person.
